Old Jamaica Ginger Beer
Ginger is a rough, wild and harsh. Mother nature probably both wants to challenge human beings by its raw power, but also provide us with a herb capable of killing illness - particular the flu. So why are most ginger beers sweet? Answer: Lots of sugar, very Little ginger.
Old Jamaica Ginger Beer is one of the most challenging sodas, because the ginger content is huge and the sugar level is low. The result is a soda, that is hard to drink but also very tasty and healthy. It leaves a lasting impression that equals alcoholic drinks, and a small can will last for long. This ginger beer is truly a great soda.
La Limonate Lemon Soda
This lemon soda is from Italy. The best thing about it, is that it contains 12 % real lemon juice, which makes it a strong tasting and bitter soda. Most lemon sodas are loaded with sugar, and the lemon taste is made of fake aromas, but this soda really tastes like lemon. And a real lemon taste is not sweet or artificial. It is raw, bitter and bites your teeth, and that is exactly what this soda does. Which makes it a great soda.
7Up Cherry
I must admit that the classic 7Up is a kitschy soda, which does not make a big impression. Therefore, it is also surprising how good the cherry version is, and it beats the regular version by far.
Cherry sodas are great, but often the cherry taste takes too much space and leaves you with a mouth overloaded with sweetness and a fake berry taste made of chemicals.
7Up cherry manages to remain fresh, because it only contains traces of the berry taste. It is the perfect mix between bubbles, sugar and aroma. Faithfull to the biggest strength of the original 7Up, the freshness, while exploring the possibilities of the cherry taste, which most other soft drinks companies cannot succed at. And this perfect mix makes it a great soda.

Carters Root Beer
Root beer is classic soda with a taste unlike anything else. Like most other soft drinks its success depends on the right mixture between sweet and sour, and the right balance between a strong taste and a light freshness.
Carters root beer is less sweet than other sodas in that category, but the strong flavor adds up to it. It does exactly what a root beer should do. It leaves you with satisfied overloaded tastebuds for hours, and, therefore, it is an awesome soda.
Ben Shaws Cream Soda
I have always been a fan of cream soda. The way the taste of vanilla blends into sugar and fresh bubbles. Cream sodas can be found in so many different shapes and tastes with different strenghts and weaknesses. Some are light, some are a bit heavy, some makes your stomach feel like a big basketball while others only make a slight physical impact.
Ben Shaws Cream Soda is probably the best cream soda I have ever had. While most cream sodas have the vanilla taste as the overall expression, this one has a strong caramel taste. Usually, the caramel taste in a soft drink means a heavy texture - hard to swallow and therefore hard to fully enjoy. In this case the soda is light, fresh and easy to drink. This mixture between a exceptional caramel taste and perfectly round and smooth vanilla scent simply makes it a fantastic awesome soda
